It is obviously beneficial if the charges deducted from your pension funds are as low as possible.
One welcome result of auto-enrolment legislation is that, for a scheme to be classed as a “qualifying scheme”, the total member charges have now been capped at a maximum of 0.75% pa.
One Scheme operates with the following charges:
- An annual charge of only 0.4% pa, using the standard investment funds.
- If you have other pensions and wish to transfer them into One Scheme, there is a fixed fee of £125. This is payable by deduction from the transfer value when it is received.
This means that One Scheme provides great value for money; and makes it an ideal vehicle to gather other pension funds together, in order benefit from low on-going charges on the whole amount.
